Ingredients
Ghee 400-500 grams (Clarified Butter)
Almonds 150 grams
Walnuts 50 grams
Cashews 200 grams
Pistachios 200 grams
Green Raisins 200 grams
White Pumpkin Seeds (Magaz) 200 grams
White Sesame Seeds (Til) 200 grams
Gimme Arabe (Char Goond) 200 grams
Poppyseeds (Khus Khus) 50 grams
Flaxseed (Alsi) 100 grams
Bengal Kino Powder (Kamarkas) 50 grams
Cooked Phool Makhana 6-7 Cups (Not Blended)
Black Peppercorn Whole
Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
Semolina (Sooji or Suji) 3 Cups
Gram Flour (Besan) 3 Cups
Brown Raw Sugar or you can use simple fine sugar 400 grams ( You can adjust sugar according to your taste)
