Step 1)
4 Baingan large size
2 Tbs Oil for brushing

Step 2)
3-4 Tbs Oil
Pinch of Asafoetida/ Hing
1.5 tsp Cumin Seeds
3-4 Green chilli chopped
1.5 inch Ginger chopped
3-4 Cloves Garlic chopped
2 large Onions Sliced
2-3 Tomatoes diced
Salt ( as per taste)
1.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1.5 tsp Coriander Powder
1.5 Tbs Kasuri Methi Leaves
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/3 cup Coriander Leaves
