4 Tbs Corn Starch

1/4 tsp Baking Soda

1/4 tsp red or orange food color

4 Tbs Yogurt (Dahi)

150 ml or 2/3 cup water



Sugar Syrup

3 Cups sugar

1.5 Cup water

5-6 Cardamom

2 tsp lemon juice
