Ingredients

700 G Spaghetti
2 Tbs Oil
4 Garlic Cloves Chopped
2 Onions Chopped
2 Bell Peppers (Capsicum)
1 Broccoli head diced
4-5 Mushrooms (White)


For Pasta Sauce
2 Large Tomatoes
1/3 Cup Tomato Paste
1 tsp Basil
Water to mix everything

Spices
Salt as per taste
1 Tbs Paprika
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Parsley

Water 4.5 Cups

1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instant Pot Settings
Sauté for cooking vegetables

Pressure cook on Hi
Time 15-20 mins

If you see water after pressure cooking is done, leave it uncovered and let it simmer for another 1-2 mins.
