Ingredients
450 G Macaroni Pasta
1 Tbs Salt in water for boiling

3-4 Tbs Oil
3-4 Garlic Cloves Chopped
2 Large Onions Chopped
3 Green Chilli Chopped
1 Tomato Finely Diced
1 Tbs Salt
1/4 Cup water
2 Capsicum Chopped (Yellow and Red Preferred)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/3 Cup Tomato Ketchup
1 Tbs Garam Masala
1 Tbs Black pepper
1/4 Coriander Leaves

Sauce Ingredients
1/4 Cup butter
1/4 Cup flour
1-1.5 L Milk
1-2 Tbs Kasuri Methi Leaves
1 tsp Garam Masala

1 Cup Parmesan Cheese to sprinkle on top (Optional)
