2Tbs Desi Ghee
1tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
2 Medium Onions Sliced
1 Medium Tomato Chopped
1 Capsicum/Bell Pepper
1 Large Potato
1-2 Cups Frozen Carrot and Peas
1-2 Chopped Coriander
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 cup Rice
2 cups of Water
Before 1st whistle turn off the gas and let steam escape by self.
